Our products are all hand made from fresh flowers and fillers and stay fresh between 3-7 days depending on how flowers are been looked after. Please look at our flower care instructions.
Delivery to remote areas would be delayed due to transportation and delivery time cannot be guaranteed and may case additional delivery fees.
Adverse weather (rain, flood, strong wind etc.) could cause delays to ensure quality of the flowers and gifts
Deliveries on peak hours and busy periods (like Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Tet/Chinese New Year, Mother’s day, etc.) could be delayed due to Rush and Huge Customer demand and delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Although we would never want to exercise substitution policy but this may be needed to ensure on time delivery and in some occasions without prior consulting with the sender for faster delivery ( in most cases the sender will be contacted). Due to seasonal changes and weather and availability, flowers and colours may vary and in this circumstances we will use flowers of equal or greater value to satisfy our customers.
